Join Our Team as a Life Insurance Business Analyst!

Are you a passionate Business Analyst with a strong background in Life Insurance and a knack for bridging the gap between business and technology? We're looking for an experienced professional who can work closely with leadership, drive requirements gathering, and contribute to impactful insurance solutions.

What You'll Do:

Collaborate with business stakeholders at all levels to gather and analyze requirements.
Write clear, concise User Stories and manage them using JIRA.
Drive product lifecycle discussions and contribute to overall Product Management.
Leverage your knowledge of Life Insurance products to support and enhance business processes.
Work closely with technical teams, understanding Business Features Architecture and, ideally, Technical Architecture.
Present findings, solutions, and recommendations clearly through excellent communication and presentation skills.

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in the Life Insurance domain.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Strong functional knowledge of Life Insurance products - a must-have!
Proficiency in JIRA, writing User Stories, and Product Management practices.
Experience with Sapiens is highly preferred.
Solid understanding of Business Features Architecture (mandatory); familiarity with Technical Architecture is a plus.
Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills.
