Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst to
manage system administration and drive analytical decisions for
business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Spearhead system administration and management to ensure peak
performance and reliability
Configure and customize workflows, user permissions, and
integrations to meet organizational needs
Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting systems and analytics
dashboards
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a business process, systems, or
operational analyst
Expertise in Professional Service Automation tools (e.g.,
Projector, OpenAir)
Strong track record in program and project management
Proven ability in business process documentation and
optimization
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and
PowerPoint
