Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Analyst, Ecommerce who will
automate and build processes for scalability and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements, designing tailored
solutions using tools like Shopify and Salesforce
Analyze and optimize business workflows, collaborating with
stakeholders to recommend process enhancements
Manage integrations and provide ongoing support to ensure seamless
user experiences with various platforms
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in
e-commerce or retail
BA degree or equivalent experience is preferred
Strong understanding of Ecommerce operations, particularly with
Shopify
Experience with NetSuite ERP and Salesforce CRM software is
preferred
Background in quantitative analysis or retail operations is a
plus
