The Financial Analyst will play a key role in gathering and analyzing financial information to guide investment decisions for Southern Cone office, supporting business operations in Chile and Peru. This role will involve conducting quantitative analyses, creating financial forecasts, and interpreting data affecting investment programs. The Financial Analyst will also collaborate with teams based in Nashville, TN, ensuring alignment with business objectives.



Key Responsibilities:

Assemble spreadsheets, charts, and graphs for technical reports.
Analyze financial data to produce business and industry forecasts for investment decision-making.
Interpret data affecting investment programs, including pricing, yields, stability, and risks.
Present reports on economic trends, corporate financial health, and industry analysis.
Facilitate contract documentation and bookings for operations in Chile and Peru, aligning with credit approvals.
Manage funding processes in collaboration with local offices in the Southern Cone region.
Review and ensure compliance with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.



Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; an advanced degree is preferred.
5-7 years of financial analysis or accounting experience required.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required; Portuguese is a plus.
Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills.
Proficiency in financial software, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of accounting principles, financial markets, and regulatory compliance.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.

Leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and collaborate across departments.

Compensation:

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
