Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial Examiner to search and
examine complex commercial properties throughout Florida.
Key Responsibilities
Review orders to ensure sufficient information for transactions and
identify financing arrangements
Conduct thorough title searches and examinations, ensuring
compliance with guidelines and legal descriptions
Prepare commitments, policies, and endorsements for commercial
transactions while mentoring senior examiners
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Four years of experience as a Senior level Title Examiner
Experience with commercial transactions and projects preferred
Knowledge of the title insurance industry is required
Familiarity with customer-facing applications like ResWare or ATIDS
XE is preferred
