Job Description:
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Administrator with prior
state client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing standard IT configuration and asset management
methodology
Support and administer ServiceNow for configuration and asset
management, including conducting discovery workshops
Manage the operational integration of IT Asset Management processes
and ensure CMDB accuracy and completeness
Required Qualifications
Experience with ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM, and Asset Management
processes
Prior experience working with state clients
Ability to create and document requirements for efficient process
design
Experience in conducting configuration audits and
reconciliation
Technical process documentation skills
