Job Description:
A company is looking for a Recovery Support Navigator to assist
members impacted by substance use disorder.
Key Responsibilities
Provide ongoing case management to high-need members with substance
use disorders
Administer assessments, develop and evaluate plans of care, and
facilitate program enrollment
Consult with care managers and engage SUD facilities to support
members post-discharge
Required Qualifications
Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor (LDAC) is required
Associate's degree or higher is required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an addictions or behavioral
health setting
Knowledge of community resources and recovery processes is
essential
Experience in case management and population health is
preferred
