A company is looking for a ROI Medical Records Specialist -
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Process release of information requests accurately and efficiently
while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations
Perform quality checks on all work to maintain confidentiality and
accuracy
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns
and ensuring understanding of requests
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma (GED) required
Minimum of 2 years experience in a medical records department
preferred
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and
Excel
Ability to type 50 wpm and operate fax, copier, and scanning
machines
Self-motivated team player with proven customer satisfaction
skills
