    • Job Requirements
    • Current Indiana RN license required.
    • Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start.
    • License/Certificate Verification required within 30 days prior to start.
    • Ascension Pharmacology Exam must be completed prior to start and updated every 3 years thereafter.
    • Ascension Medical Surgical Exam required prior to start and updated every 3 years thereafter.
    • Ascension Color Vision completed prior to start and updated every 3 years.
    • Ascension Core Competencies completed within a year of start and updated yearly.
    • Ascension EKG Exam must be completed prior to start with a passing score of at least 80%.
