  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
  • Current or pending state licensure
  • Experience/Rotations treating outpatient orthopedics
  • Experience/Rotations treating Pelvic Health conditions
  • Level 1 Pelvic course completed as preference, but not required.
